The Sanicleaning & Disinfection Service Division adopts deep cleaning procedures and processes that are more thorough than ordinary cleaning, to eliminate bacteria and viruses on surfaces.

Disinfection and sanitisation services are requested in industrial, non-industrial and healthcare environments. The disinfection service is for companies from any sector that want to maintain a safe working environment, and protect employees’ health, especially in the case of health emergencies (for example SARS-CoV-2).
Disinfection and sanitisation are also particularly useful at sites attended by large numbers of people: schools, kindergartens, universities and educational institutions in general, as well as retail sites such as restaurants, bars and public venues.
Disinfection and sanitisation on public transport are also very important, to reduce the risk of the spread of diseases and provide a safe environment for passengers and operators.

Sanicleaning & Disinfection Service interventions are customised according to the characteristics of the environment and the client’s needs, but conducted with strict procedures to eliminate all pathogenic agents. At the end of the intervention, L’Operosa S.p.A. issues the customer with a certificate certifying that sanitisation has been carried out according to Ministry of Health guidelines.

In compliance with Italian Legislative Decree 24/23, which recently came into force and the purpose of which is to promote transparency, responsibility and protect whistleblowers, i.e. the people who report unlawful activities or malpractices within a company, L’OPEROSA has set up an internal reporting channel, accessible to all employees, which allows them to report alleged breaches or unlawful conduct in the company, and which has been designed to protect the identity of the whistleblower and all people involved in the whistleblowing report, if certain circumstances occur. It is important to note that L’OPEROSA guarantees the confidentiality and protection of whistleblowers who decide to report alleged breaches, through measures that protect them from any direct or indirect retaliation, in compliance with the Decree.
