Benefit Company
L’Operosa S.p.A., aware of its role and responsibility, has embraced the status of Benefit Company, adding the tangible commitment to having a positive impact on society and the environment to its business mission.
In line with Italian Law no. 208 of 28/12/2015, we steer our activities towards the common good, balancing the company’s interests with those of society. This choice is an official and binding commitment that L’Operosa S.p.A. has made to people, local communities and the ecosystem. Our transformation into a Benefit Company concretely reflects our dedication to a sustainable, inclusive and ethical business model.
As a Benefit Company, we are required to produce an Annual Impact Report, attached to the company’s financial statements (Article 1(382), Law no. 208/15).
This Annual Impact Report describes the activities and progress made in achieving the common good, particularly with reference to governance, relationships with employees and other stakeholders, and environmental impact.
